We may collect, use, or process your information by using cookies, running your information through statistical or other analysis, collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, utilizing, combining, disclosing, or transferring your information. Information may be transferred within our organization and among our affiliates. Our organization and affiliates may be located in the United States or internationally.
YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO, AND STORED ON, SERVERS LOCATED OUTSIDE YOUR STATE, PROVINCE, COUNTRY, OR OTHER GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION. YOUR INFORMATION MIGHT BE TRANSFERRED TO LOCATIONS THAT DO NOT HAVE AS PROTECTIVE PRIVACY LAWS AS YOUR JURISDICTION. IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO AND STORED IN THE UNITED STATES. BY USING THE SERVICE AND PROVIDING US WITH YOUR INFORMATION, YOU AGREE TO THAT TRANSFER.
Our main goal in collecting your information is to facilitate transactions on our Service and improve that Service. We also use your information to help enable features that help you to navigate easily and enjoy our Service.
We may ask you for personally identifiable information when you:
Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) is any information about you that could be used to contact you, identify you, or conduct a transaction in your name. It can include your name, phone number, driver’s license, email address, social security number, physical address, credit card number or billing information. Some Personal Information, such your name and email address, is required to register with the Service. Other Personal information, such as your date of birth, is optional. We use your Personal Information to help us provide our Service, facilitate transactions, and complete your requests.
Please see the Terms of Service regarding how we allow you to use third-party services and networks (“TPSNs”) to register for a RMW account. In addition to what is stated in the Terms of Service, by registering with RMW using a TPSN, we will obtain certain Personal Information you have provided to the TPSN. We might also gain access to your profile picture, names of TPSN friends, names of TPSN groups to which you belong, and other information you authorized RMW to access through the TPSN. We will use that information to create your RMW account and profile page when you become a Member. If there is information about your social connections on the TPSN, the information we obtain about them will depend on the privacy settings they have with the TPSN.
We may also collect information that cannot be used to contact you, identify you, or conduct a transaction in your name (collectively, “Non-Identifying Information”). This Non-Identifying Information may include, without limitation, ZIP Code (on its own), individual preference, or demographic information. We may use this Non-Identifying Information for any purpose, including sharing it with non-affiliated third parties.
Some information is Personal Information only when combined with other information. For example, a ZIP Code is Personal Information only when it is combined with your street address. We may combine your Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information from other Members to provide you with a better experience, improve the quality and value of the service, and analyze how our Service is being used. We may also use your Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information to serve you specifically.
If you “Opt-In” while registering, we may use your Personal Information to contact you with certain informational materials (e.g., a RMW newsletter) and promotional materials. We may also share some Personal Information with partners we feel might have product or promotions that will be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive these communications you may follow the unsubscribe instruction in any communications, or update your “Notification” preferences in your account settings.
We will also use your Personal Information to contact you regarding your use of the Service or a partner’s service, and changes to the Service or associated terms or policies; you may not opt out of these notifications.
When you visit our Service, our servers will automatically record information that your browser or mobile app sends (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include things such as your IP address, pages or features of our Service that you visit or use, time spent on those pages or features, information you search for on our service, access time and dates, and other statistical information. We use this information to monitor, analyze, administer, improve, and tailor our Service. We may also use this information to make sure users meet the requirements needed to process certain requests. Log Data is not Personal Information and we may aggregate, and analyze it with other Non-Identifying information.
Like many services, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small file of data that that our Service stores on your device for record-keeping purposes. Cookies are used for two purposes: 1) to save your login information, such as the “Remember Me” feature when logging in, and 2) to use as a session ID to help us understand how you interact with the Service, and to enable some features of the Service. Cookie type number 1 is saved on your computer or device even after you leave our Service, but type 2 is deleted when you log off and close the Service access medium (browser, mobile app, etc.). Third party advertisers on the Services may also place or read cookies stored on your device.
If you access the Service through a browser, your browser should have a setting to block all cookies, or to ask you before accepting a cookie. Please note that if you do not accept cookies, some features of the Service will not be usable.
Our Service may contain web beacons and similar devices. These are used along with cookies to compile and analyze the usage of our Service. We may also use them in emails to help us know which emails and links have been opened. We use this tool to help us monitor the effectiveness of our communications.
Part of our Service allows you to communicate with an Owner or Renter. By adjusting your account settings, you may select whether or not to receive a copy of these communications in your email.
Identity fraud is a hazard of using the internet. We do not, and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your RMW account ID, login password, or other nation identification number in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. Information you post in a Listing, rating, your profile, or reviews of Owners, Renters, or Products are visible to any RMW User.
When you create an account you will also create a profile page for your account. Your profile will include, your first and last name, biography, links to any Listings, and other personal information that you may select to include. Your profile will be public and visible to any User of the Service. We recommend you think carefully about what extra information you include on your profile. You should protect your anonymity and sensitive information. For example, we do not recommend you post your physical address, email address or phone number. You can revise and review the information on your profile any time you wish.
If you post a Listing, we will publish your Listing on our Service. We may allow third parties to publish your Listing through HTML “widgets”, APIs and other means. We may also display geographical location of your listing on a map that Users can see. This geographical information will be a 3-mile radius and not include your exact location.
When a potential Renter requests a Fitting or Booking through the Service, we will share the following information with the applicable Owner:
This will help the Owner decide if they want to accept or reject the potential Renter’s request. If an Owner accepts a Renter’s request, and depending on the Owner’s account preferences, we will share the following information with the potential Renter:

The Owner or Renter may then contact the other through the information provided or the RMW messaging system. In no event is the Renter’s billing information shared with the Owner.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to assist in providing our Service or analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties will have access to your Personal Information only to the extent needed to perform their duties. They are under contract not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.
RMW cooperates with government officials, law enforcement officials, and occasionally private parties to enforce and follow the law. We will disclose any information about you that we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate when cooperating with the above individuals. We generally only disclose information to:
We reserve the right to be proactive in our disclosure. This means we do not have to wait until information is requested from us to disclose wrongful actions.
We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or in bankruptcy. Your Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information is an asset of RMW.
All Members may review, update, correct, or delete the Personal information on their profile by editing the relevant profile section, or by contacting our support team here. If you want to cancel you RMW account, please contact support. We may not be able to completely delete your account due to legal or business reasons, but we will remove your RMW Member page and Listings. Canceling your account will not remove any reviews you have posted on the Service.
RMW uses reasonable efforts to guard your information. We follow generally accepted industry standard to encrypt and protect any Personal Information. Unfortunately, no method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security for your Personal Information. If you any questions you may contact support.
If there is a security breach of Personal Information, we will make any disclosures required by law. We will generally make such disclosures through your email or a notice posted on the Service.
By agreeing to the Terms of Service you give us the right to publicly post your testimonials or reviews. If you want a testimonial removed, please contact support.
The Service is intended for users over 18 years old. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact support. If we know about any such event, we will delete the information of any child under 13.
We reserve the right to access your account and make changes to, reservations, listings, or profile information. We can exercise this right at our sole discretion.
